we would like to create 12 regional schedules to be able to send regional report via email to regional leaders. as of now i was only able to create 5 schedules as quickSight has the limit of 5 schedules. requesting if we can get the limit increased or if there is an alternative to sending reports via email. the cadence for the schedule will be once a month

You can create up to five email schedules per dashboard.
Simple workaround is to publish a separate dashboard for each region, or group multiple regions per dashboard, and then create individual schedules. Since each dashboard supports up to five schedules, this approach allows you to meet your regional reporting needs effectively.

Is setting up a row-level security on the underlying dataset an option? That way each regional leader can be restricted to his region data and one dashboard should suffice for all 12 regional leaders. They only see data for their region from the same schedule .

quick question here, if we apply RLS in this case, does it mean that the regional leaders will only be able to see their region’s data in the dashboard
Our use case is to send automated report to regional leaders but also giving them access to other region report. do you think we can get this with RLS?
