Unable to connect to OpenSearch

Greetings, I’ve been trying to connect QuickSight to Amazon’s OpenSearch. From what I read in its documentation, I am supposed to first give access permission to Quicksight for OpenSearch service.

But when I click on Manage, I keep getting the following error. I have the admin, so that shouldn’t be the problem. Is there anything wrong with my approach?

I believe, there is nothing wrong with your approach. The first approach is to authorize QS to connect to Amazon OpenSearch service.
May be its a temporary issue, please try later again and also with different browser as well just to check.
If issue persist, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
