Unable to connect to Salesforce in Quicksight getting "NULL" message

Unable to connect salesforce sandbox to quicksight, getting “NULL” message upon connecting.

Please check if any error log on Salesforce for the request from QuickSight and see the connection is successful ?

If connection looks good. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!

Hi Ashok, The connection to salesforce is successful and in in salesforce log we are able to see an entry for the user being authenticate. But, on AWS QS screen is breaking with a NULL msg.
This seems to be an issue with other ORGs to, we have seen a couple tickets with exact issue but with no resolution.

We will open a ticket with AWS.
