Unable to upload the dataset on the quicksight Amazon bi Account

I am encountering an issue with uploading datasets in Amazon QuickSight since Monday of Week 46. Until last Friday - Wk45, I had full access to the account and was able to upload and edit datasets without any issues. However, since Monday, I am still able to access the account, but when I attempt to upload a dataset, the following problems occur: 1. No data is uploaded. " 0 rows are uploaded." 2. The sheet name appears instead of the actual file name after the upload attempt. Could you please investigate and help resolve this issue at your earliest convenience? If you require any further details from my side to assist with troubleshooting, please let me know.
