No; using 'union all 'sql function is not possible through joining datasets in Quick Sight. If the datasets are coming from the same datasource in Quick Sight you can use the custom SQL to use ‘UNION ALL’. But otherwise, it is not (yet) possible as far as I know. And I used QS quite extensively already.
