Unmatched Locations US Zip Codes

Zip Code maps are no longer correctly resolving. I have a number of analyses using standard US 5-digit zip codes. They have always mapped correctly. But in the last few weeks I am seeing unmatched locations in all my map charts. Clicking one of the “Unmatched” zip codes confusingly shows a list with multiple copies of the same zipcode. Choosing any of them appears to resolve the issue for that single chart. I have tried deleting and recreating the charts with no change. Any one have any idea why this is happening now, or how to improve my dataset to prevent it from continuing?

Hi @aswilson,
I just tested this out in my environment as well and am encountering the same issue. I tested out with sample data that has every zip code and the result was every zip code returned unmatched. This definitely seems like a larger bug in the system; I would recommend creating a support ticket to log that this behavior is taking place; I will try my best to connect with the support team as well but always better if multiple tickets are submitted to show a potentially larger bug!

Thanks, Brett. Sadly, I’m unable to report the QS bug because I don’t have a premium support plan and Amazon provides no way to file a Technical Support request unless you have a paid support plan… even though I pay for Quick. Oh well. We’ll hope yours gets a response.
