Upgrade My plan to enable extra usage

I would appreciate your support regarding an issue I encountered while creating apps in Amazon QuickSight.

Please find the message I received:

“You’ve used all your included agent hours. Upgrade your plan to continue using AI features. QuickSight can’t process new requests until your usage refreshes. Upgrade your plan to enable extra usage.”

I am currently using the Professional plan for Amazon QuickSight (Username: ymoamen, Account: amazonbi). I would like to request an upgrade to the Enterprise plan to access additional features, including enterprise administration tools, advanced governance capabilities, and additional AI usage capacity.

Your support in reviewing this request and advising on the next steps would be greatly appreciated.

The message you’re encountering indicates that your current QuickSight plan has reached its included Amazon Q in QuickSight (generative BI / AI agent) session capacity for the current billing period. Please note that this is a usage-based quota that refreshes automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

To access additional AI capacity and enterprise-level features, an upgrade from Professional to Enterprise edition would be required. Please find below some helpful resources:

  • The upgrade requires admin-level access to your QuickSight account. If you are not the administrator for the amazonbi account, please reach out to your QuickSight account administrator to initiate the upgrade on your behalf.
  • The upgrade from Professional to Enterprise is one-way, it cannot be reversed once applied.
