I have multiple Dataset and I want to know how can I alert user who are not part of quicksight(dont have quicksight account) for refresh Failure . We have method to alert the owner but for that user has to have Quicksight account what if we dont have that . What other option we have ?

I had a similar problem since the email is sent to the owner of the dataset (e.g. me), but I am not around all the time and wanted the Support Desk team to know if an issue occurs and they inform me if needed.
Since there is no such option to include others in the email, I ended up setting up a forward rule in my Outlook to send email to required email ids.
