How to check and update the recipient list for scheduled dataset failure notification?

I have scheduled a dataset refresh on daily basis and checked the box to email the owners if refresh fails. However I do not get the email . How can I check and update the recipient list for scheduled dataset failure notification

Can you please check the data set whether Email owners when a refresh fails is enabled or not.

Its enabled but Still I dont get the failure email though I am the owner of dashboard

Hi @Maitree - Thanks, can you please check you spam or Junk folder as well, sometime it may go to that folder. Also check with other users whether they are getting the email or not. It may be blocked at your organization level.

In parallel, please raise a ticket to AWS customer support so that they can validate the logs from backend and confirm whether the email is delivered or not. To raise a ticket to AWS, please follow the link - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support. If you do not have access, request your aws admin to submit a ticket on behalf of you.

Can you check detailed status like the below snap so that you have the detailed view for all the success & failure refresh dataset time.

So that you will have the report of failed refresh dataset when you require notification.

If you still having the issues then as suggest by @Sanjeeb2022 raised a AWS ticket.
