User Setting Change

Hi there, I’m looking to change my account settings so that I can have quicksight managed users. I remember setting it when I created the account, but can’t seem to find a way to change it. Any help on this much appreciated.

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, you can only select this option during Amazon QuickSight account creation. You will need to recreate the account to select the QuickSight managed users option.

Hi @demola - Can we request QuickSight team to put it as a feature request when a reader wants to change to author and an author to admin. Any advise on this ?

From the manage QuickSight tab, manage users, you should be able to see invite users. If you can’t, follow steps from the link below.
