Hi @Xclipse , This is what was done, however the dashboard is not showing up the video thumbnails. If we manually open the link and then reload the dashboard then dashboard shows up the playable thumbnail.
However, this is not something the end users could do if the video playable icon is not visible.
Any insights around this issue is appreciated.
Could you please try using this URL https://www.youtube.com/embed/uniqueid
, and replace uniqueid with the video’s unique identifier.

Hi,
This is a video uploaded into sharepoint.
This is what is being used.
https:///embed.aspx?UniqueId=db56d566-e264-4210-b9de-9e8bff24411e
We do see the videos, however there is some bug where the end users are not able to see the videos once in a while, they would have to open the link manually in another tab and reload the dashboard, only then the video would show up.
It could be a cache or cookies issue, which may be causing embedded videos to not display correctly. Could you please clear the browser cache and cookies and try again?
Test across different browsers to determine if the issue is browser-specific by testing the dashboard in multiple browsers.
Ensure that the embedded video has the appropriate permissions set in SharePoint to allow external embedding.
