Embedded dashboard content not loading (only controls visible)

Hi all, over the last two weeks we started experiencing issues with our embedded version of Quicksight. Some users started to report that they can only see our own frame and the top-of-sheet controls (=content from QuickSight is loading), but not the visuals. We also received reports that after changing the size of the browser window visuals were visible again.
Does anyone have an idea what the reason could be? Are there any parameters in the embedding script that could help solving the issue?

Hi @bernhard.boehm, is the reported behavior happening on a specific browser? Since the issue is happening with some users, can you check if there were any recent updates to the browser?

I would also recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!”
