We’ve had a lot of users contact us and say they can’t connect and it is because the email they get tells them -1 when it should be -2. We haven’t found an answer to it to be honest but we now send a follow up email asking them to check that the URL has -2.
We think it is because the account is in Ireland but the data in London. It would be interesting to find a proper solution.
