Problem:
When I search for specific data that I can see in the Amazon Anthem tool (for example, communications content), the DataSource search tool is not returning this data. Instead, it returns content from other sources in the knowledge space but not specific messages or data from the Anthem repository.
Expected Behavior:
The web crawler should index individual message templates from the Anthem tool so they can be retrieved through DataSource searches in chat.
Actual Behavior:
The web crawler appears to not be indexing the individual message templates from the Anthem tool, even though the knowledge base is configured and listed in the Space.
Anyone have any thoughts on this issue? Is Quickâs web crawler integration enabled to access Anthem?
