Have you added Google/Firefox search to your chat bot built on quicksuite?
I want the bot to search the web aswell while answering the question.
Right now the bot says it only has the access to the knowledge base added to the bot.

It is not documented but when turning on the web search function for the chat agent, it is not specific on if the chat agent utilizes something like google. When you do ask the chat agent questions it does provide citations on where it is pulling the information but how it is getting there I do not personally know. I would imagine that aws has their own search engine that they use for this but again, I do not know the full answer to this question.
