Chat Agent URL

Wondering to know if it is possible to connect Knowledge Base URL and any Web URL to Chat agent to pull information or answers to questions from

Yes you can connect both with the chat agent. For knowledge bases, first click on the dropdown thats highlighted below:

Next, a pop up box will appear and you will click ‘Add’ if your knowledge base does not automatically show up.

Then from there you navigate through your Quick assets to the Knowledge Bases tab and select your desired knowledge base from there.

Now for web URLs, there is a web search icon that you can turn on or off depending on if you want the chat agent to search through the web to answer your prompt. The icon to select is show below:
