Why does my emailed quicksight report send a snapshot before the pivot is fully loaded?

I have a quicksight report that sends as a PDF 3 times daily. I have a pivot table in the report with 10 rows, but it is only snapshotting the first 3 rows before the report is sent. Does anyone know how to make sure the rows are loaded before the report is sent?

Hi @rverin , Thanks for your question. Welcome to the community.

That is an expected behavior of exporting a dashboard as a PDF. If the Table include multi-page report then you should look at paginated reporting, which generates formatted multi-page reports.

Alternatively, Try to format Pivot visual settings, increase the “Rows per page” to accommodate all your rows and see if that helps.
