I would like to get some guidance on how to calculate WoW for a metric and show it as a sticker (shown in the image).
Any help would be great.

Hello @parthprj, what exactly do you mean by show it as a sticker? Are you just wanting a similar KPI in your Quick Sight dashboard?
I put together a quick analysis in Arena to show some WoW KPI options. One showing a percent value metric and another showing a total weekly value metric for Profit. Let me know if this helps!
