I have made a quick suite agent and want allow users to interact with it via Slack. I can see this might be done by creating an extension but this would have to be done by an admin. How can I setup this up ?

In regards to the permissions types; if you are not the admin of your account, you’ll need to reach out to someone internally within your organization for that as we would not have access to private account features/information!
HI @Aaron_Marshall if you want to access quick suite within slack (as opposed to accessing slack within quick suite as the above link would assist with) Then yes you would want to setup an extension.
