Add MoM% for each column in Pivot table

I have following pivot table in quicksight.

I have column for 3 month data each having cost for that month for particular service in a region. Now I want MoM% column for each month.
How I can achieve that?

You can add a table calculation.

Or you can make a calculated field using the periodOverPeriodPercentDifference.
