After added tthe user to pro role , still unable to use the generative BI

I am trying the free version. I wanted to try the generative BI functions and i have added user to the pro role.However, i am still unable to use the generative BI

Amazon Q in QuickSight is available in US East (Virginia), US West (Oregon), and Europe (Frankfurt) AWS Regions at launch, with plans to expand to all current QuickSight Q Regions.

I am using US EAST Virginia. I have share some screenshot, if you can help me to suggest anything.
Can i use that to the free trial?

1/ I would recommend you to blur any personal information ( email) in your screenshot .
2/ You should be able to create a topic as I can see you have a Pro license, have a look at this ( Workshop Studio )

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
