Agent Hours Usage Monitoring

As a user, can I see how many agent hours I have already used? Similar to SPICE, where I can see how much SPICA capacity I have used.

Hi @Kristin,
From within the Quick system, if you navigate to the ‘Manage Quick’ section (found by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner), you’ll see at the very bottom, an ‘Analytics’ group. Within that group there is a ‘Quick User Metrics’ section that provides information around this. While it does not contain a measuring bar similar to what’s available for SPICE capacity, it does allow you to see some important metrics regarding your chat agent(s).
