ALIAS_NAME_CONFLICT when creating dataset

I cant find any documentation related to below error when running create-data-set command with a join operation. Can anyone help with documentation link

An error occurred (InvalidParameterValueException) when calling the CreateDataSet operation: Unable to process your request while preparing the table view from your schema. ErrorType: ALIAS_NAME_CONFLICT

Do you have multiple columns with the same name?
