Is it possible to alias a cell header on a pivot table?
For example I am counting ids so I would like to name the column: counts of ids.

BTW, is it possible to filter after aggregate?
Lets say I would like to display the pivot table only for rows which the count is greater than 1.

Yes, you can do.
Could create a count field and filter.
