Hi team,
After updating Amazon Quick Desktop from v0.572.0 (stable channel) to v0.647.0 (internal channel), all my previous conversations and pinned chats have disappeared. I did not delete any chats — they were there before the update and gone after.
What happened:

The update switched my app from the “stable” channel to the “internal” channel

This appears to have created a new profile, causing the session database to reinitialize

Logs confirm:
[SessionDB] Migrating schema from 1.3 to 1.4followed by a fresh schema initialization on 2026-05-25 -
Previous conversations are likely still on disk under the old profile directory but are inaccessible from the current install

Crash reports (ConnectionResetError) from May 20-21 preceded the update

Request: How can I recover my previous conversations/session data? Is there a way to access the old profile directory or migrate data from the previous channel?
