After quitting Quick desktop and launched back and lost the chats for last 4 days

quick desktop earlier has employee single sign on option to sign in. and now when relaunch after long pause of not working, the chats for last few days is gone. I cannot recover and I created a skill and saved it, I ensured the skill was there under agents and skills section. Now I lost eveything.

I am sorry to hear about your lost chats. Just to make sure I understand your situation a bit better, I noticed you mentioned this happened on the Desktop App, I am wondering if your chats and skill are also lost in the Web version?

Unfortunately, since this is a public facing community, we do not have access to anyone’s account. I would recommend opening up a support ticket to get further assistance: Case management - AWS Support. If you cannot open a support ticket, I would recommend reaching out internally to your administrator.
