I mhave lost all my previous conversations and skills after update

I have updated my quick and after the login I have lost all my previous conversations, and skills. I have checked appdata and I have logs includign friday but Quick does not load them. What can I do

I am sorry to hear that you lost all of your conversations and skills when you updated your Quick Desktop. Unfortunately, I do not have access to your account to see if it is possible to recover what you have lost. I would highly recommend creating a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate into your situation.
