Hello team, openning quick desktop this morning and all my work done in the previous weeks (scheduled tasks, capabilities connexion, historical chat discussion, cartographie, feed etc) disappeared. As if it was the 1st time I launch quick desktop, starting from scratch. One update of Quick desktop has been done yesterday (10/06). Can you support to retrieve all the historic of what I’ve done)
Hello @hugoleth, welcome to the Amazon Quick Community!
This is the 2nd post I have seen referring to a similar problem. Do you have an enterprise Quick account? If so, I would submit a support ticket to see if they can retrieve your work.
Hello Dylan, my account is amazonbi. Thank you for your support
Hello @hugoleth, if you could refer to this documentation Case management - AWS Support and see if your account has access to AWS support, I think that would be your best course of action. They should have received similar tickets after the update, so they should be able to provide a solution to your issue. Let me know if you are able to submit one!
Hey Dylan, I’m not able to contact directly AWS support, can you forward them my issue please ?
Hi @hugoleth,
I would recommend reaching out to your internal channels or a respective IT admin, as they should be able to create a support ticket in regard to your issue.
Thank you!
Hi @hugoleth,
Hope this reply finds you well! Just checking back in since this thread hasn’t received a response in a while. Were you able to reach out to your internal channels/IT admin in the meantime? Please help the community by marking this answer as “Solution” or following up in general within the next 3 business days!
Thank you!
Hello, I was not able to reach internal channels to support or connect with AWS support. I restarted from scratch
Hi @hugoleth,
Thanks for reaching back out. I’ll treat this inquiry as complete for now, but if this behavior occurs again (or you have any additional questions in regard to this issue), please feel free to create a new post in the community and link this discussion for context.
