I am trying to publish a dashboard and for some reason the Allow Q&A option is grayed out and not able to be checked off. When I instead link a topic it seems to work and I can check/uncheck the box however if I don’t want to link a topic I’m unable to enable this option. I checked ‘Amazon Q’ in the admin console and the Manage Dashboard Q&A option is enabled. I had previously built and published a dashboard in this environment prior to the Quick roll out and was able to check this box then and it seems to have kept that selection but anything new I create I am unable to check the box.

Interesting that prior to the rollout this feature was available but now has an additional step required; and unfortunately, there does not seem to be any documentation around this new setup. I would suggest creating a support ticket to get a more definitive reasoning from the AWS support team:
