Topic Q&A button greyed out

Hi team,

We have been developing dashboard however when I try to publish the dashboard and wanted to tick on enable Q&A button it seems to be greyed out. My account is author pro, I tried selecting manage Q&A and selecting topic instead of datasets and vice versa but no success. Can someone please help

Have you enabled Q&A in your account settings?

  1. Open the Quick console.

  2. Choose the user icon in the top right, and then choose Manage Quick.

  3. Choose Security & permissions.

  4. Navigate to the Amazon Q section, and then choose Manage.

  5. Toggle Manage Dashboard Q&A on.
