Amazonbi Account Access

Hi! Some leaders in my OU have some issues to access to AmazonBi account, there is an error that shows: “Error when authenticating”

It’s mainly happening with people who are in acting roles.

When I try to share a dashboard (allocated on AmazonBi account) it doesn’t found the login, despite it would be show automatically. It seems like this leaders don’t have an AmazonBi account.

I’m not sure what is happening.

are you admin on your QuickSight account and could go the "manage QuickSight"m



Check the internal QuickSight onboarding wiki for access to AmazonBi. The wiki also has details when facing issues.
