Can we achieve this functionality in Quick Sight ?- here july-25 is dynamic and will change so when i am using text box , i am not able to insert caluclated field. With KPI also not able to achieve

You mentioned calculated field, so are you pulling the date from a field in your dataset?
If so, a work around to achieve would be to place that field in a table visual; that way you can hide all of the additional features (like title, headers, background, selection, etc.). This will narrow your visual down to only your field value (add an additional filter if needed).
Additionally, you can build a datetime parameter and set the default date to ‘Today’:
Once created, you don’t need to add a control or anything to the analysis but now you can use your parameter’s value (Today) in a text box:
One note about this though, you don’t have the ability to adjust the formatting of the parameter value it provides so this may give you the date including day of the month.
