Any ideas on how to add "Data as of: " to the quicksight report

i have a max date calculated column in the dataset, i would like to add data as of: with this date to the report canvas. how do i do it. thought of creating a custom insight for text and KPI visual to display the max date but KPI visual is not accepting this

We’ve accomplished this before with a Pivot Table, only displaying the calculated Max Date field and filtered to show the “max” of this field. It should produce a pivot table with a single column and single row with your date.
