Hello i’m trying to get access to certain dashboards I need but whenever i try it says request permission from owner, but I don’t know who the owner is, is there a way I can find out so I can message them directly.

Welcome to the Quick Suite community!
As a reader, you cannot see who the owner of the dashboard is. You will need to contact your Quick Suite administrator (a user who has admin privileges to view owners and manage Quick Suite assets). They can identify the dashboard owner for you, and then you can reach out to that owner directly to request access to the dashboard.
Would another one of my team members(another WHSS) have this access to see the dashboard owners, if they currently can view the dashboard

In Quick Suite, only users with admin level permissions can reliably see who owns a dashboard. If another team member has admin permissions, they will be able to see the owner of the dashboard.
