How do I know the owner of this dashboard to request access?

I checked with our tech and data team but cannot find the POC or owner of this MTR dashboard: https://us-east-1.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/sn/account/amazonbi/dashboards/f0a7aea9-6bb9-4680-8ce1-01db5915151c/sheets/f0a7aea9-6bb9-4680-8ce1-01db5915151c_bdf60c3b-3f1f-4381-a751-161f7ee2a018?#. I need to get access to it. I check other Q&As in the community and had no clue how to fix it. Any idea? Thanks.

Could you please check with the QuickSight Admin within your organization to get the permissions of any dashboard.

Hi, I submitted SIM - P282514912 to the OAS Analytics team and also checked with our tech lead Feist, Matthew mffeist@amazon.com but didn’t get the dashboard owner detail or access to the dashboard. It’s a dashboard summarizing all COEs detail in PXT org. Who else can I check for this or who’s the QS admin for PXT? Many thanks.
