Hello, when using the “vertical bar chart” with multiples, the data labels gets cut on some of the bars.
Specifically, if the bars reach all the way up in the visual, it will cut the labels.
See an example I created to demontrate the issue:

Hi @svante.sandblom and welcome to the Quick Community!
As this is a public user forum, I am unable to access assets that are in your environment. If you would like to show an example I would recommend doing it through the Arena Sandbox (Amazon Arena Sandbox: An embedded instance of the Quick Sight dashboarding capability, within the Amazon Quick Community - What’s New - Amazon Quick Community).
However in this particular case, I think I know what you are experiencing. There have been many user’s in the community that have noted unintended behavior or bugs when working with small multiples. I would recommend editing the range of your y-axis and giving more room to the upper portion of your visual. I was able to recreate your situation where the data labels are cut off and when I increased the max range of the y-axis it fixed it on my end.
Try that out and let me know!
Hello! Thank you for the tip. In my specific situation I will need to use the automatic data range, as the data can be anything from the hundreds to the millions, so using a fixed data range is not an option. I will try to present the data another way for now!
Svante
Hi @svante.sandblom ,
Unfortunately, there is not much else I can think of in terms of additional workarounds with this particular instance. If you would like, I would suggest creating a support ticket so this visualization behavior can be properly documented and hopefully the Quick team can address it in the future. To create a support ticket, please refer to this resource (Case management - AWS Support).
