Hello,
Is it possible to show on a vertical bar chart 2 different data labels at the same time: the actual value inside the bar and the percentage of that value in comparison with total on top of the bar?

I’m afraid you cannot have two labels as you want, but you can add more info in your tooltip, selecting also data which are not in the list of fields used for the visual.
