When our invitation to sign up emails go out to internal users, the ‘click to accept invitation’ link in the email has a blue background that really makes it hard to read the text. I have a lot of users clicking the ‘click here to sign in’ link below that as it doesn’t have a background color like that. Am I able to change this color somewhere? I’m not find it in the admin section. In the screenshot below it’s easier to see then it is in the actual email. How can I change that?
Hi @pbishop,
That’s interesting that your text is showing as black; our text within the button shows as white making it much more readable.
Is it possible that you have a different them applied to your Email service/inbox that’s adjusting the color to black?
I’m pretty sure there’s no available feature that allows you to set this color; I would suggest testing out some different color options within your mail service to see if that will adjust the color.
Hi @pbishop,
Following up here as it’s been awhile since last communication took place on this thread; were you able to confirm if this was in relation to a setting for your Email service or not/adjust so that it’s more visible?
If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll go ahead and mark as solved.
Thank you
Haven’t had time to contact the proper people about this and I know they are very busy. I know they aren’t going to want to change anything for 1 app that is acting strange.
Hi @pbishop,
Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. I wanted to see if the guidance shared earlier helped resolve your question, or if you found a solution in the meantime.
If you still have any additional questions related to your initial post, feel free to share them. Otherwise, any update you’re able to provide within the next 3 business days would be helpful for the community.
Thank you
