Cannot log in the mobile app

Hello, I am having a trouble in logging in the Quick Sight mobile.

I logged in a mobile browser and then switch into the app, but when it signed in, it needed to create a pin, and I skipped it at the first time, then it just couldn’t log in anymore as it always shows I need to create a PIN. The fact is I could’t find anywhere to create the PIN anymore and don’t know how to log in the mobile app.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Hello @TristaDu, I haven’t spent much time on the mobile app, but have you tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it? Maybe that would cause it to prompt you to create a PIN again so you can set it for future logins.

Thanks, I cleared all the web data and reinstalled the app, and it’s okay now.
