I relocated from LUX to NYC last week but I still don’t have access to many Quick Suite functionalities incl. chat agents. I think it’s because in LUX this is not enabled and the system still sees me there. Can you please support to fix this, and share a self-service SOP if available? I know other colleagues being impacted. Thanks.

It sounds like you may be referring to your private account; as this is a public forum operated by other users, we would not have access to private account information. I would suggest reaching out to an admin within your organization to provide you with the proper permissions.
