Could you list the steps that led to footnote ?

In which region is the Quick Suite instance in ? N. Virginia, Oregon, SYD, DUB or some other region?

What is your current role? Admin Pro, Author Pro or Reader Pro ?

The new Quick Suite features are currently available within the following regions:

This is according to the following post:

You would need to setup an account within one of those regions to have the ability to access. As it mentions that other regions will become available throughout the coming months, I would suggest keeping an eye on the ‘What’s New’ Page in the community for these updates!
