Hi @peeyusk
Welcome to the Quick Suite community!
As this is a public community forum managed by users, we don’t have access to private account details, so we’re unable to assist directly with this request. I kindly suggest reaching out to your AWS account admin or Quick Suite admin, who will be in the best position to help with these permissions.
Hi Peeyush,
Thanks for reaching out! Access to Chat Agent and Spaces in Quick Suite is controlled at the account/permission level. Here’s what to check:
Custom Permissions — Chat Agent and Spaces require specific capabilities to be enabled for your account. Your Quick Suite admin will need to verify that your user has been assigned a Custom Permissions profile that includes access to both features. Admins can manage this under Manage QuickSight → Security & Permissions → Custom Permissions.
User Role — Make sure your account has the appropriate role assigned. Admins can verify this under Manage QuickSight → Users.
Namespace/Group Membership — If your org uses custom namespaces or IAM-based federation (which may be the case with your fgbsbi login), confirm that your federated identity is mapped to the correct QuickSight namespace and has the right group permissions.
Feature Availability by Edition — Chat Agent and Spaces are available on specific Quick Suite editions. Your admin can check under Manage QuickSight → Your Subscriptions to confirm these features are included in your account’s plan.
Best next step: Please reach out to your Quick Suite admin and ask them to verify:
Your user’s assigned Custom Permissions profile
Whether Chat Agent and Spaces are enabled within that profile
Whether your federated login (fgbsbi) is correctly mapped to a provisioned QuickSight user
They should be able to unblock you quickly once permissions are confirmed. ![]()
