Chatbot- Open for all

i am working on creating a Chatbot using Quicksight, the purpose of this Chatbot is to provide information on the DG and Storage related issues, we have requesters from multiple teams. The concern is quicksight is having option of sharing the chatbot only after giving permission to specific user. I want to keep it open for all, since everyday we have requests from different teams. Is it possible? or what is alternative way for this situation

Similar to all assets within Quick, access to agents work in the same capacity as that they will need to be shared with a user for them to gain access.
The best work around for this scenario would be to create a folder that each user has access to, then you can share the agent with that folder, everyone within will gain access.

Thank you for reply! As mentioned, there are different teams, we don’t even know which team would need support. So rather than keeping them wait to have access, i want them to have chat with chat agent directly.

Your best option may be to embed the chat agent anonymously then and share that with users instead.
