Can't find Parameters

Hi Team,

I am trying to add a rule to hide and show a text visual. I created a parameter shown as below.
But I can’t find the created paramter in the selection list when try to set up the rule.

Can you please check the field where you are using parameter is of string data type or any other because as per your screen shot this parameter is for string data type.

All parameters, other than datetime type, should ideally be available in the rules parameter drop down list. I would recommend creating a new parameter, checking if that shows up in list and if so, swap in other places to use the new one.

If issue persists, please file a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
