Change default setting of timestamps format and aggregation level

Hello,
I was wondering if it possible to change the default format of timestamps as well as the default aggregation level of the whole account.

Default format:
The default setting is not that suitable for our analyses:

We want to implement the ISO format YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss

Default aggregation:
Neither is the default aggregation of Day suitable for our purposes:

We want to aim for highest precision with second.

In order to facilitate the use of Quick Sight for our users, we want to change these settings so that they are displayed correctly by default.

Unfortunately such feature to change the default date format & default aggregation is not possible as of now .

At AWS, our roadmap is primarily driven by our customers.
