Adding my support for this as well. I have multiple calculated fields that would need the same name.

+1 on this request - in addition to being pretty inconvenient, there are some cases where the calculated field hack does not work (i.e. if you need to use the same label across different visuals where it represents a different value).

Bumping this request again - it feels like quite an obvious gap that needs fixing, particularly given plenty of other items in QS can be given custom names
