Choose total rows to display in a table

can I choose how many items to show in a table. like change the default 500 to 1000?

Hi @Cindy,

Yes, you can change the number of items to show in the table.

Click on the drop down arrow and select the number of rows you would like to show.

You can set the items to 1000 and publish the dashboard and on the dashboard you can select any number of items to view and then refresh to see if the table has set default to1000 again.
