Cloudtrail log is not being updated

Hi,

It seems QuickSight Cloudtrail log is not being updated for days.

This is what QS builders look at, to monitor usage.

Does anyone know which team/org should I contact?

Hi @youngjin

Welcome to the Quick community!

Quick CloudTrail logs not updating for several days is usually caused by issues related to CloudTrail configuration or the log delivery mechanism. The common causes include,

  • Problems with the S3 bucket where CloudTrail logs are delivered, such as incorrect bucket policies or insufficient permissions that prevent CloudTrail from writing logs.
  • Issues with CloudWatch Logs delivery if CloudTrail is configured to send logs there, potentially due to misconfigured CloudWatch Logs role policies.

Typically, the first point of contact for these issues is your AWS Account Administrator or your internal Quick administration team, since CloudTrail and S3 permissions are managed at the AWS account level. They can check the CloudTrail trail status and associated AWS resource permissions to troubleshoot this further.

Please refer to the below documentation this might be helpful for you.
