I have pivot table and I would like to add conditional formatting on the values and for some reason, no columns show up in the columns sections. There are 2 columns with expand/collapse feature turned on. Not sure if this might be the reason on not having any columns.
I tried to created a logic to add the color formatting and here, I see that the logic is not being applied.
Hi @Lasya
Quick pivot tables, conditional formatting applies only to measures placed in the Values field well, and collapsed columns with expand/collapse enabled may limit visible options in the formatting panel to detail level measures rather than summaries. The absence of columns in the conditional formatting selection often stems from no eligible measures being detected
Verify measures exist in the Values field well of your pivot table, as this is required for selection dimensions in Rows or Columns won’t appear. Expand all collapsed groups temporarily (click expand icons next to field names) to check if measures populate in the conditional formatting dropdown.
