Hi!
I know a similar question was asked a few years ago. Is it still not possible to adjust the color of selected rows in a table?

Hello. Hoonkim,
First of all welcome to the QuickSight Community.
Currently in Amazon QuickSight, there is limited functionality for customizing the color of selected rows in tables. The ability to specifically adjust colors for selected rows is not a standard feature.
However, you can use conditional formatting to highlight rows based on conditions or values, which allows you to apply different background colors to cells or rows that meet specific criteria. This can be done through:
See - Conditional formatting on visual types in QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight
example old post - How do I change the background colour of a row in a table depending on a value
Hope this gives some idea.
Cheers,
Deep
